Return period
-Return and refund within 10 days from the date of receipt.
When the product has a manufacturer defect
– In case you want to exchange for another product (same or different model): Fundtopis will cover all shipping costs, pick up the goods at your place and deliver the goods to you free of charge.
In case you want to return the product: Fundtopis will cover all shipping costs, pick up the goods at your place and refund you via bank transfer.
When the product is not defective
– In case you want to exchange for another product (same or different model): You will cover the shipping costs, Fundtopis will pick up the goods at your place and exchange them for you free of charge.
In case you want to return the product: You will cover the shipping costs, Fundtopis will pick up the goods at your place and refund you via bank transfer. Fundtopis will refund up to 90% of the value of the product you want to return (minimum 10% of the cost for inspection, polishing, refurbishing the returned product, etc.).
Conditions for returned products
– The product has not been used, and is intact as it was when it was first purchased (no scratches, cracks, breaks, dents, etc.).
– The product is not a specially crafted product (eg: fixed size product, engraved product, custom design, etc.).
– The product still has the original label.
– Can only be exchanged once per order.
