Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer mishandling, opened, or used unless they are defective.

Return Process

We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
