  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and include the proof of purchase. Ensure that the product is undamaged and unused.

  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds: If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied to the original order may be deducted from the refund.
